Micro-CT of a Wishbone

With the Thanksgiving season soon be be upon us, we thought we would bring back one of our original images of the month to get everyone in the mood. Here is the wishbone scan from 2011 which we scanned on the Skyscan 1173 Bruker Micro-CT system in our micro-CT laboratory in Allentown PA.

One of the more interesting parts of our work is that we get to do fun scans like this and find out some intriguing facts about the things we scan. We are looking for some ideas for this year’s installment of the Thanksgiving Image (or other months).

We have had customers send in images and descriptions of some of the samples they have run. If you have something you would like to see scanned of if you would like to send in an image and write up we would be happy to hear from you. You can send the information to tim@microphotonics.com
