We wish to welcome Steve Buynovsky to his new position as Field Service Engineer & Service Coordinator for our micro-CT instruments. Steve’s background makes him an excellent fit for this position, where his where his efforts will be split between micro-CT field service and helping coordinate our team’s field service efforts and service-related inventory. He also trained global teams on FT-IR Microscopy (Fourier Transform Infrared Microscopy). During his time at PerkinElmer Steve received the Field Service Engineer of the Year Award.

When asked about coming from a larger company to a smaller company, Steve said, “I can honestly say going to a smaller company is 10X better for me. Not only do I feel more valued in a smaller company, but each customer gets the personable, comprehensive attention they deserve. I am honored to be a part of something truly great at Micro Photonics, where they lead the industry in instrumentation for research and development and perform micro-miracles for cutting edge and newly emerging technologies.”

Steve and his wife Anna have a 5-year-old son named Stevie. They enjoy exploring the world and watching their son grow.
