QCM-D for Monitoring Bacterial Biofilm Growth and Removal
QCM-D instrument qCell T is used to monitor Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm growth and removal in real time. Bacteria readily adhere and grow on surfaces to form biofilms, a major precursor to human infection.
- QCM-D by qCell T provide unmatched signal stability of the quartz crystal.
- Addition of Bacterial cells allowing the cells to adhere and come to equilibrium on the quartz sensor surface.
- Real-time data viewing and annotation with the powerful qCell T software. Observe live the removal of the biofilm, annotate data markers. View window for visual inspection.

QCM-D response and equilibrium of bacterial cell addition and adherence to sensor.
The InAlyzer displays a live image of the interior of the unit so you can monitor your study animal while the high and low energy images are acquired.
Annotation of real-time data and analysis.
The software has windows for displaying bone, lean, and fat or a composition of them all. Results for the total animal are calculated and displayed on the left.
