Bright Instruments 9150 Cryostat
The whole organ sectioning system has a large stage for specimens up to 110 (H) x 150 (W) x 150 (L) mm in size. The system offers sectioning in 1um increments between 5um and 200um. Specimens could include whole monkey brains; whole human hearts, kidneys, and spleens; and partial human livers and lungs.
Whole organ cryosectioning preserves the tissue architecture, as well as molecular and cellular integrity of a whole organ specimen, making it ideal for molecular analyses like immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, or spatial transcriptomics.

The Control panel is the central point of control for the unit, allowing the user to easily customise settings such as temperature, thickness, batch quantities and switch between single and continuous cutting modes.
