Micro Photonics values the long relationships we have with you, our customers, and the safety and well-being of our customers and our staff are of utmost importance. I wanted to personally reach out and let you know that we are here to support you and your valuable research while maintaining the safety and well-being of our customers and our staff as we go through these unprecedented times.

While following the guidelines of the state and local authorities and limiting travel for the safety of all, we are here to support you through phone, email, and remote sessions for repair, training services, and product demonstrations. If you have critical samples that you need scanned to help fight the virus, we can work with you to get waivers to scan the samples in our lab. Through the collective efforts of scientists around the world, we will get this solved.

Our full team is here to support you and can be reached 8:30am-5pm via our main number: (610) 366-7103. Sumita will direct your call to the appropriate person. Our team is answering emails daily so feel free to contact them as necessary. Please be patient while we work from home to help you with your needs.
