Remote Training and Service Options
Remote service of instruments from Micro Photonics:
We love to talk to our users, and we know that most are still at work, generating incredible images and making new discoveries. We understand that there can still be issues that need to be resolved in a timely manner; a crisis during a crisis. We can continue servicing the instruments, remotely, with the help of our users, or in-person when possible.
With the power of TeamViewer, a remote servicing software, we are able to diagnose and resolve many issues. Often a user will observe an error in their images, but in fact it is just a mistake in sample preparation or how the scan is executed or reconstructed. In cases such as these, we are available to assist immediately, as always.
Some issues may be more sophisticated and will require more time working with the software, or maybe some hardware may be sent to the customer for easy self-repair. We can schedule on-site visits when possible.
We are at your service, as usual, but we must request your patience as remote diagnostics can be tricky and part orders from manufacturers are slower for the time being. If we can resolve an issue quickly, and with your assistance, then we would like to think that life is going on normally, even during this pandemic.

Three-day on-site training and service:
The Coronavirus Pandemic has forced many research sectors in the US to shift deadlines and re-evaluate priorities. If your department or institution has a new influx of colleagues or students that will be working hands-on with your Bruker Micro-CT instrument, please consider scheduling a new three-day training session.
A Bruker certified Applications Engineer will arrive on-site and conduct three consecutive days of hands-on training on your instrument with your own samples. This course is identical to the caliber given on the installation of new Bruker MicroCT instruments at institutions that have purchased such equipment.
Micro Photonics can also combine this with a service visit at a discount. Service visits are beneficial to ensure the mechanical components of your instrument are well lubricated and aligned.
