Micro-CT (micro tomography) is a 3D x-ray technique that allows you to image your samples slice by slice without having to destroy your sample. It is a 3D microscope in your own lab. You can image your samples with pixel sizes as small as 100nm and scan objects as large as 200 mm in diameter. Micro-CT instruments are similar to medical CT systems but on a much finer scale. The New Skyscan 2211 multiscale nano-ct covers the widest range of object size and spatial resolution in one instrument.
The SkyScan 1272 is a new micro-CT scanner for high resolution scanning
SKYSCAN 1294: PHASE-CONTRAST DESK-TOP X-RAY MICRO-CT
The SkyScan 1172 micro-CT (computed tomography) system is new generation of high resolution micro-CTs that adjusts the distance of the x-ray source and x-ray detector, getting you faster results allowing you to support more research activities. Micro-CT allows you to look inside objects without having to cut them open.
The SkyScan 1173 is a high energy micro-CT scanner for large and dense objects but also has the flexibility to image low dense materials.
The SkyScan 1174 is a compact, affordable, X-ray Micro-CT scanner for nondestructive three-dimensional microscopy. It can be connected to any PC or laptop by serial port or USB & FireWire.
The SkyScan 1176 is a high performance in vivo micro-CT scanner for preclinical research. The large format 11 megapixel X-ray camera gives an unrivalled combination of resolution...
The SkyScan 2140 extends the boundaries of non-destructive 3D imaging by adding true 3D chemical analysis capabilities to high resolution micro-tomography.
SkyScan supplies a range of support products to assist users and distributors — all involved with micro-CT scanning with SkyScan instruments — with every practical aspect of micro-CT scanning.
SkyScan micro-CT attachment for SEM adds 3D imaging modality to any SEM without compromising the standard imaging modes. The attachment doesn't require any changes to the standard SEM construction or SEM control software.
All SkyScan scanners are equipped with a software package for complete 2D and 3D quantitative analysis of reconstructed volumes from micro-CT scans, the program "CT-Analyzer", and software...
CT-Volume provides viewing, intuitive manipulation and flexible control of 3D-model texture and transparency, plus a versatile moviemaker.
SkyScan's volumetric reconstruction software "NRecon" uses the set of acquired angular projections to create a set of cross section slices through the object.
