    Graphene Synthesis of Large Sheets

     Micro Photonics is proud to announce that our lab in Davis, CA is now synthesizing sheets of graphene up to 15 x 25 inches.  Our Graphene Square TCVD-100A system, equipped with two patented motor-controlled furnaces with a total of 3 zones for heating, is ready to demonstrate how easy it is to grow small and large samples of high purity graphene. The flexibility of the instrument also allows you to grow other material besides graphene including: CNT, h-BNs, TMDCs and more.


     For air sensitive samples, a fully integrated glove box is available as an option. Dual chambers and computer control are also available giving you complete control of your process.
