The STOE
STADI MP is an extremely versatile system. It combines
the three most common diffractometer configurations: Transmission
geometry, Bragg-Brentano geometry, and a setup for micro-diffraction.
The STADI MP is a diffratometer which is more flexible than any
existing system without any loss in performance.
The STADI
MP is delivered within an interlock secured radiation protection
hood with a cabinet for generator, counting electronics and temperature
controllers and a state-of-the-art PC system with the control and
evaluation software WinXPOW. Various non-ambient attachments can
be adapted to each geometry setup. Thus, the STADI MP
fits optimally the requirements of industry and research institutes.
