FOX 2D CU 12-60L

FOX 2D CU 12_60L is an hybrid version between the focussing and collimating geometries.
This specific design is dedicated to high resolution application in combination with a Germanium channel cut monochromator. Typical applications are small strucutures (thin films, multilayer), small samples or mapping.
